EU heads of state and government will discuss the alleged use by Russia of nerve gas in the UK at their summit next week, European Council president Donald Tusk said Wednesday. UK prime minister Theresa May said that the attack, which hospitalised former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter, was an "unlawful use of force" which could lead to sanctions.
