Ronald M. Cage, 29, of Kansas City, was arrested after he was identified during an incident unrelated to the August homicide case. Kansas City police served a Pettis County warrant for Cage's arrest on charges of second-degree murder, first-degree robbery, two counts of armed criminal action, stealing and unlawful use of a firearm.
